Our Philosophy

We adopt a ‘team of experts’ approach as any problem involves a variety of technical, operational, tax and legal issues. We have developed excellent relationships with various Consultants who we co-ordinate in delivering the agreed outcome. We can also work with your existing Advisers.

We do not have a pyramid structure based on Graduates where the ultimate Decision Maker is rarely seen – you get people who ‘have been there, done that and seen what can go wrong’ to avoid wasting effort and money.

Why We Are Different

We are not shy in telling you what you should hear to improve business performance – not what you would like to hear. We consider it easy as time is all important and limited – so we don’t want to waste ours or yours.

We consider work/life balance fundamental to continual success. We only accept jobs where:

1. We can use our experience and skills to make a significant difference to your business; and
2. We have time and access to any associated experts eg. lawyers/IT experts to deliver on the agreed Plan.

We have taken equity positions in businesses for value delivered to ensure we are aligned with other stakeholders – different from other Advisors. We have done this for:
